I've been with Conversio for well over a year now (possibly nearly 2 years even?) from when they used to go by the name of Receiptful. This is a good business to trade with namely because they are an honest bunch of people with a seriously good idea that converts lost sales very nicely. The set up is pretty simply with any technical help on hand if required. The templates are seriously easy and so effective at getting your message out to customers whether that be sending newsletters, abandoned cart emails or even a 'happy birthday' email with an offer if it's been a year since that customer's first order. There is actually quite a bit more I haven't touched on. All in all, this is a very powerful app that is excellent value for money. I switched my newsletter client from Mail Chimp to Conversio and also my product reviews from Trustpilot to Conversio - I do not regret either decision with my costs going down and my conversion increasing. Conversio isn't quite "perfect" and with anything there's always room for improvement but what's really great to see is a willingness and drive to make those improvements almost month on month in some instances. Great support & a no brainer for businesses large or small.
