It's a shame I did not learn about COCO AI sooner! 17% of revenue attributed to COCO AI - that only make sit worth it. On a consumer point - it offers direct responses to their questions - minimizing human customer support drastically. I highly recommend suing COC AI for your store.
Gamechanger from the first day of use. There is a reality in Europe, and it is the clear dominance of Whatsapp as a communication channel. Being able to impact our customers on their most used app on a daily basis is key. Outstanding support from their team and results from minute one make Coco: AI WhatsApp Marketing a must for any ecommerce that does not want to lose sales.
Their support is horrible, basically no reply. needed to update whatsapp number no way to do so, and no one to reach out to for help.

Manque de transparence et pratiques discutables Notre expérience avec Coco IA a été décevante. Nous avions convenu d’un test sur un mois, mais celui-ci n’a pas été respecté et l’abonnement a continué automatiquement sans notification claire. Aucun email de facturation pour l’inactivité ne nous a été envoyé, ce qui nous donne vraiment l’impression d’une vente forcée. Lorsqu’on a demandé un remboursement, ils ont refusé, ce qui n’est pas une façon très honnête de procéder. Nous voyons du potentiel dans leur outil, mais avec de telles pratiques, difficile de leur faire confiance. Une approche plus transparente et un meilleur service client auraient clairement changé la donne.
