It's a shame I did not learn about COCO AI sooner! 17% of revenue attributed to COCO AI - that only make sit worth it. On a consumer point - it offers direct responses to their questions - minimizing human customer support drastically. I highly recommend suing COC AI for your store.

Honnêtement c'est génial. Je suis surpris de la qualité de l'IA. J'avais déjà testé d'autres chat IA mais j'étais à chaque fois déçu. L'app est vraiment super. Je n'ai pas encore testé les icebreaker, mais déjà je vois la puissance du chat pour les conversations de service et les relances de panier avec 91% d'ouverture !
