Nice app with good features. Good customer support. Pricing is also good. They have both IVR and whatsapp feature

Great app, helped in improving customer experience. Handful of needed functionalities available including whatsapp connections and voice calls which are the most needed.

Great App for the Indian eCommerce Store as there are a lot of fake orders. We at www.kaajh.com use that to avoid such fake orders.

Nice app... makes things simple and easy.. saved fake orders.... saved shipping and RTO cost on COD orders, Also they provide good and instant support. coast effective as well

Great application, saves alot of time and money in verifying genuine customers. Customer support is also top notch, their cutomer support is excellent. i would recommend this application to every store to reduce their RTO and get rid of Fake Orders
