Fraud app. they charged me unethically and giving the blame on my side. here is the complete story how they scamming me. They forcefully added 4,500 INR bill in my shopify account and later when I complaint about this someone call me and says it's my mistake only. I connected shopify and there is no response from there side. I removed the app within 5 minutes without even using it. According to Shopify- "Third-party developers have a button in their Partner Dashboard to cancel a pending charge or issue an application credit." and developer has a clear vision of not refunding the amount to me. the bill is very near and I will not remove my review until bill is cancelled. totally fraud mentality. These allegations are factually incorrect and demonstrate a clear misunderstanding of how Shopify’s billing system operates. No Shopify app—including ours—has the ability to charge a store without explicit merchant approval through Shopify’s mandatory authorization flow. Pricing, plan details, and billing terms are clearly displayed before the merchant clicks the Approve button. This process is enforced by Shopify and is not optional or developer-controlled. In this case, the subscription was approved directly from your Shopify admin panel. Nevertheless, our team responded promptly, explained the billing process in detail, and confirmed that a full refund would be issued. The cancellation and credit request has already been submitted via Shopify’s official Partner Dashboard, which is the only method Shopify provides for refunds. The actual timing of the reversal is determined solely by Shopify’s internal processing cycle—not by our intent or cooperation. Assertions that the charge was “forcefully added,” that responsibility was shifted to the merchant, or that we refused to issue a refund are entirely false. Publishing claims labeling the app as fraudulent while a refund is already in progress and while our team continues to engage transparently is misleading and unfair—not only to us, but to other merchants evaluating this app based on inaccurate information. This is totally a fraud. they are adding their bill in my shopify account they are forcefully charing me money. I just used their app for less than 5 minutes and they forcefully added their bill in my shopify account. they are doing scam just adding amount in your shopify account and there is no option to remove that. even after uninstalling their application from my shopify store it is still charging me a lot of money and they are not even replying me on my email. they told they will call me but never call and making extra amount of bill unknowingly in in shopify account. my email for any reference before using them- rishabh(at)indlead(dot)com

Don't waste your time, efforts, and money, before using any feature you must pay 29% and will be charged immediately then surprise start all features are paid nothing free even the free 1000 messages provided by Meta are not covered for each flow you enable you must pay 0.270& per message for example if you send 1000 message using any flow you activate they will charge you 270$ plus monthly 29$ after contact they support and ask them about free 1000 message provided by meta they claim don't know about it

No support from the team. Being following up with the team since ages just for data on the cost incurred on each message for the mistakes your team has made. Multiple times the app have crashed along with blasting Mutiple messages to the same customer not only I am bearing these unnecessary cost because of your inefficiency in managing the tech product but also this has affected my overall customer experience.
