Hillteck has been a breeze to operate and help us with verifying the orders. I was able to avoid a manpoer cost due to the verification option and now will be trying the wahtsapp recovery features. Hope it performs the same way. Definitely recommended.

No support from the team. Being following up with the team since ages just for data on the cost incurred on each message for the mistakes your team has made. Multiple times the app have crashed along with blasting Mutiple messages to the same customer not only I am bearing these unnecessary cost because of your inefficiency in managing the tech product but also this has affected my overall customer experience.
We value honest feedback, but we must clarify a few points. Our team consistently strives to provide timely support and solutions to all our clients. If there has been a delay, it is not intentional but rather due to the complexity of addressing your specific concerns. Regarding the app performance and costs incurred, we acknowledge the inconvenience and are actively working to resolve such issues. However, attributing these challenges solely to our inefficiency without acknowledging the collaborative nature of troubleshooting and resolution is unfair. We encourage constructive dialogue to resolve issues effectively. Our team will reach out to you one final time to address your concerns. We are using Hilteck since so long for COD verification and Abandoned Cart Recovery. and it helped us a lot in both of the things. Additionally COD to Prepaid feature is also good. I recommend this.

The APP has been very helpful in confirming the COD orders without us having to call and verify. The RTO rates have come down, the after sales support is very good. The take our suggestions and help in resolving the same. Highly recommend this app for COD confirmation.

What do you expect from an app?? Good Working...right? But, Hiltech not only does a great job but their customer service is extraordinary...! We tried many other platforms or plugins for the same but the results and response are far below our expectations, whereas Hilltech is better.
