Every once in a blue moon you meet a brilliant caring person who really wants to help you. This is my expersience with Ian. I had been so frustrated with the lack of support at Codisto until Ian saw my plea for help in an email and Ian reached out to me. Not only did he help me set up Codisto with Amazon, Walmart, and Ebay, his knowledge and his not to worry attitute has changed my way of doing business. Ian, your on your way to bigger and very beautiful possibilities in your life! I wish to stay friends for life with you. Thank you for everything.

Codisto links all of our sales channels to Shopify, making our Amazon operations flow nicely with our Shopify operations. Keeps everything streamlined which is as ideal as it gets!

Really poor app. Wouldn't push eBay orders to shopify nor would it update products from shopify to eBay. Asked for refund and denied. Poor support wouldn't use this app at all!!!
Thanks for your feedback, The order details and tracking numbers will push to eBay or any other marketplace connected once it is updated in Shopify. Shopify will serve as the sole source of truth to avoid confusion on details and flow of order/listing data. Products were listed and the service worked as expected. Nikki

the app has some restrictions with item specifics and compared to other optimisation software. however, the main issue i have had is, i recently had items listed on ebay but I wanted to modify the products in Shopify and add other variations. So i ended the eBay listings, made the modifications and tried to list the products again as new. however they don't list, they is some digital footprint that's blocking them from listing. i have modified hundreds of items so this is not just 1 or 2 products. After over 2 weeks of codisto looking into this, the resolution they have said, i need to change the spelling of the variation "Colour" so its spelt wrong and also change the SKU's (which is not an option as these control the stock levels from my suppliers) This ridiculous fix has taken over 2 weeks, i generally get i message per day, and even if i reply immediately I generally don't get a response for 24 hours

We've been using Codisto for less than a month. We have had issues dealing direct with Ebay. Now it's easier than every, its literally pick and point and your items are online. My next step is starting up an Amazon account and seeing if we can work with Walmart. Keep in mind we are a small Australian Business making our way in the big wide world. Thanks for the help Codisto and the customer service support is amazing as well.
