The supports are really helpful, but if the chatting won't be disconnected by change a menu, will be really improve the user experience. Overall, the app is great!

I love this app, it syncs my POS with Amazon and eBay with no problems. The only time I have contacted them with an issue they were very quick to solve it.

This allows us to connect to Amazon and process those orders through shopify and thus into our ERP and WMS systems. We have been very satisfied with the product so far. Amazon continues to force changes to the listing requirements which "breaks" some things we used to do with Codisto (ie it makes listing NEW items more difficult and we have reverted to flat files for some catagories) but I'm sure it is difficult for Codisto to keep up with Amazon's changes as they seem to make them all the time on the fly. Codisto seems to try to improve the product as time goes on and that is appreciated.

We had a problem with synchronizing products and orders. The technical support was able to intercept our request and brilliantly solve the problem (caused by incorrect settings on amazon). Nice work, congratulations Jason great support!
