We have been using this app for a few months. It has been amazing. The customer service is excellent. Their response time within minutes. The app is very easy to use. Codisto support team helped us setting up a couple of things, but it only took about 10 minutes, if that. We strongly recommend this app if you are trying to sell on Amazon, Google...etc.

Codisto is necessary and essential in running your store smoothly. Easy to use, clear options and the best part is the customer support. I was lucky enough to receive assistance from ICE. This individual was polite, professional, efficient, knowledgeable, patient, pro-active and extremely courteous. I learnt so much from the chat and all my questions were answered, I had so many questions. Thank you Codisto and thank you especially to ICE, you are the definition of top tier customer support--please give ICE a promotion, 10 stars and 2 thumbs up. Cheers to you. Update - I returned to the customer support chat because once again I had more questions, this time I tried to figure it out for myself for approximately an hour. I wasn't comprehending so I clicked the chat and yes and yes It was ICE again and I've never been so happy to see ICE, well technically speaking to speak with ICE. I don't even like the snow, I am a lover of the spring and summer but this ICE is groundbreaking to say the least, phenomenal service, another effortless walk-through, he provided snapshots with instructions highlighted to follow. I mean listen I would let ICE run my company any day, pays attention to detail and the single most efficient individual. I have been made a Codisto Cloud believer. Thank you again and I apologize for the dramatic tone but I am so happy with the flawless support I received from ICE, twice. Cheers again. Update: Genner was amazing and one of the first reps I ever spoke to when I became a seller. Genner is knowledgeable and kind. Also very empathetic and compassionate which is really nice. i ship a lot in fact it has turned into over half of my business My token expired and my amazon orders just stopped within 20 minutes these guys had it woking again! Money Well Spent!!

I'm using the app since a few months and it's quite powerfull ! It helped us a lot to manage listing and orders from ebay, it's a little tricky to set up at the beginning but the support is super helpful and quick to answer.

Great App. Great support. Works perfect for us. Definitely recommend. When I first started using the app, it was a bit overwhelming and took some time but I am very happy I followed through with it. This app is more stable than Channel Unity and simpler to use than Linnworks. Its the best of the three. The support is the best of the three also. CHannel Unity got snotty with us and even though we paid for chat support, they made us put all our issues onto tickets. Linn was so complicated it was 6 months before we got it working properly.

The support team are really helpful and available all the time to help you installing the app and make it ready. The App will help you list your products on different channels , i tried some others Apps for me i found it very good. I hope more channels in the future like expanding walmart and etsy ..thanks a lot for the hard work...

I needed an app that listed product to ebay automatically if they're in stock. Sounds simple but no app ive found can rival codisto. its more expensive that most but trust me when i say this. Set it and forget it. brilliant little app and 24/7 human to human live chat customer service. cant go wrong

Once you learn this app it is invaluable! Saves so much time,and keep all the channels very well organized. Plus their customer service is always there to help! A competitive app we used was not good. Codisto is the way to go in our view!!!

I haven't finished up setting up, but this app is on eBay as an approved 3rd party provider (You can find the list going through eBay's website > Seller Center > Third Party Providers) so I am pretty comfortable working with them knowing that. I have spoken to support, the both times I did it was honestly phenomenal. It took a few moments to few minutes to get connected, and the responses were very prompt.
