I used the app to list my products on eBay. The installation steps are quite easy. I enjoyed the ease of it recognising my inventory details and easily importing it into the app. I equally like the ease of setting the shipment for my products. I set the category for my product to be set automatically on eBay. However, I do not the category my products are automatically listed on is appropriate for my product.
Thanks for the review - the comments are appreciated. Auto categorization uses a machine learning algorithm to find the most appropriate category for products. The algorithm continually improves results but it is unlikely it will ever be 100% accurate for all merchants on all products. The auto categorization feature is designed to make it easy for merchants to list thousands of products quickly without having to painstakingly categorize each product. Most merchants find it delivers a high degree of accuracy even if it's not perfect. The important point to note is it's generally much easier to re-categorize those products that aren't correct than it is to categorize every product prior to listing. You can of course manually categorize (in bulk) prior to listing (this works well if you have a product catalog that only need categorizing into a few categories).

I installed this app and struggled a bit with the settings. But thanks to great support and response time i was able to finally make everything work! Amazon & Ebay took a lot of time to set up as well but Codisto have great knowledge of these marketplaces so they could actually help me with the setting up on these places too.

Easy setup in Shopify and great customer support! Only a few clicks to get started and the free trial is what every app should have.

The folks with Codisto provide excellent customer service and they have been extremely patient as I have learned the app. Codisto is a great help in managing our sales and product information across Amazon & eBay.

Support has been great since we have linked Codisto to our Shopify account. A response is almost always given/resolved within 30 minutes! Fantastic support from Noel thus far and the app itself is user-friendly with tutorial videos if need be.

The team @ Linelink Online swear by this app as a great link for eBay and Amazon pathways. It beats the Shopify native app hands down in terms of flexibility and functionality. We love it and highly recommend it! www.linelink.com.au

This is a GREAT app, I looked at their tutorials to get a basic understanding on how the app works, downloaded the app and set it up, had few questions and Noel from their support team was prompt to replies with very good guidance that made it easy for me to easily sync all my products from my shopify store to Amazon Australia, Highly recommended !

Love this app...integrates with eBay quickly and picks up variants of you have them. Amazon section is great for managing FBA pricing and creating new listings for existing products on Amazon. You can also create new products on Amazon via the Shopify interface. Codisto then brings that data from Shopify into Amazon. Amazon gating is a problem with certain products but thats not Codisto's fault. Works well with other app that connect with Shopify such as Connectr. Best support ever Ronell is super smart... .

If you get a chance to use Codisto - Take the opportunity - Impeccable customer service and app capacities. I had cause to use this app some time back, I found it a while ago and thought I'd give it a go - now there was a hiccup, to begin with, the fault of which lays on both sides of the fence. However, it's how they handled this that makes the difference, they demonstrated that they're a professional company in this issue. I was helped from the start and all that could be done to address the problem, was, in a timely fashion and professional service the whole way. Including, phone support, which I find very important, it's very handy to be able to speak to someone and they always find a way to help. The thing that sets Codisto apart from others on the app store is that their customer service is great. The more important thing than that is that if you have a problem and email them, they will more than likely help you. It seems as long as they can loosely tie it to their product, they'll try and help. I have had some peculiar requests over the last 6 months or so and very few times have they said no, they almost always help, even if it's not entirely in their scope. One example of this is that I requested if they could change a part of their program, adding functionality to it for me, they added it to their list and came back within about a month and said that they had completed it. I was pretty surprised! They actually care to improve their product and do it in a timely fashion. In sum: Competitive pricing, fantastic customer service, above all - they know to try and keep their customers happy - which seems lost on other apps in the store. Thank you Codisto for the continued support in growing our business! :).

An absolutely first class application backed by equally good customer support. We manage nearly 50k products from Shopify to eBay along with several hundred orders a week back into Shopify and Codisto does this seamlessly. I can’t recommend the product highly enough!

Easy to use and set up. The spreadsheet format is quite intuitive. Very powerful when used with metafields. Great, helpful support with very quick replies.

Easy to use. Good for individual items on Amazon. For variants unsuitable, because texts are not customizable. Unsuitable for Ebay because legal texts are not safe.

I used this App to sync my Shopify store to Amazon. It was a bit daunting at first but the support staff were amazing. Walked me through each step and once you know how it's done, you realise that it's actually quite simple. Would highly recommend this App.

I never write reviews, but this app is rubbish :( it's caused me so countless customer issue problems. It sends some orders through to Shopify and not other & if you use a fulfilment centre and want the orders to push through once dispatching them from Shopify the app only partially works on this front as well. I tried asking their customer service team and i simply get referred to either Shopify or my fulfilment centre...what a headache!!
Firstly, sorry to see you having problems - of course it's frustrating when things don't work as expected but you have to be careful to vent in the right place/at the right source. This review is inaccurate and misleading because Codisto has correctly sent all orders to Shopify. The errors lies with the order fulfillment app NOT Codisto. Leaving inaccurate reviews causes problems for everyone in the app ecosystem (not just the app developers). If you reinstall the app and reach back out to support we can find the thing causing your fulfilment provider to crash by looking at the set of orders failed and then you have sufficient data to work with their support.

Great app! Takes awhile to get used to how everything is set up but once you learn the system everything is a breeze and straightforward. The support has always been prompt and quick to act on any issues we may have. Would recommend!

This is a great app that handles a huge amount of products across multiple regions and marketplaces with ease. We've used this for years now and found that the support is second to none. Their response times on support are amazing and they're very patient when it's clearly an issue that is not even related to their app. Highly recommended.
