I am very disappointed with CodeMaster. The platform frequently experiences downtime, which prevents sales from coming through on my store. This isn’t the only issue; I’ve tried contacting support multiple times by sending messages, but I haven’t received any response. To clarify, this is not the first time I’ve faced this issue. I’ve reached out to you two or three times before, and once again, I sent a message regarding this recent problem, but there was still no reply. What’s even more frustrating is that the losses caused by these downtimes can exceed the monthly subscription cost or even the Facebook ad budget I allocate to boost sales. On a positive note, when the store is working, it operates very smoothly, and sales come in excellently, which proves that the platform has great potential if the issues with downtime and lack of support are resolved. However, these recurring issues, especially the lack of response from your support team, severely harm the user experience. With all due respect, these problems need to be addressed urgently to improve your service.

Worst APP ever

THE SERVER DOWN SOMETIMES FOR A DAY TO FIX THE PROBLEM AND THAT REALY IMPACT THE RESULTS

they have many problem ,and customer care they dont answer in time ,the server is very heavy and not responding when you uninstall the app the code sit there in your store i wait for one month and i dont see any change from them
