Terrible customer service. We had more than 50 collaborators and paid for the highest membership. I had messaged the same issue multiple times always got different team members and my issue was never resolved. i do not recommend this app.

quite tricky to setup, ui needs work, also i think it should be clearly stated that you cannot easily automatically pay collaborators out via paypal its not a feature on paypal by default you have to contact them and be approved, the alternative for payouts (stripe) is extremely complicated to setup. Also i am based in australia and i thought i would make the payouts in my collaborators local currency but the conversions dont work properly and instead its giving them my local total in their currency which is incorrect.

This app has great functionality and even greater potential. However, since changing ownership in mid/late 2024, it seems to have been neglected. While the support team was always helpful, there have been no updates for almost a year now. Some features no longer work as expected, and several promised improvements (advertised on the main dashboard for almost a year) have yet to materialise. It’s a real shame, the original developer must not be happy :(

I've been having issues with currency conversion. My shop is in CAD and I'm doing payouts to a collaborator in USD. The app is calculating the amount based on the CAD value, and is doing the payout in USD without converting the value, resulting in overpayment. I've reached out several times to the support team and they haven't helped at all and are even ignoring my emails now Edit: I finally got a defensive email from you on August 7, when you noticed the 3-star review...I replied to your email earlier today with screenshots of the two follow-up emails I sent on July 22 and July 30 that you never replied to.

This program is great. I have been using it to payout my collaborations with Non Profits and this makes it very easy to pay them out. Able to set custom rates for different tags. Really easy to use. Only thing that is a little complicated is the Stripe payment but once its all set up you shouldn't have to mess with it ever again. Customer service has been great and friendly. Recommend to at least try their product you wont be disapointed.
