We just installed the app. We had a couple requests and the support reached out right away, on a Saturday morning, and fixed everything. If something is not working with your Theme, contact them! This app does exactly we wanted. We highly recommend!

Zero customer support. I have sent many emails over the past few weeks with no response. Chat function on app goes unanswered.
The support is amazing, and the app works great, I totally recommend it.
