Zero customer support. I have sent many emails over the past few weeks with no response. Chat function on app goes unanswered.

Just installed this app, and so far, it’s exactly what we were looking for! Being able to add products straight from the collection page makes shopping way more convenient, especially for customers buying multiple items at once. The setup was easy, and it worked right out of the box with our theme.

I Didnt use it too much, but seems like their customer service is attentive
This review is completely inaccurate. You uninstalled the app on March 4, 2025, and your subscription was canceled immediately. No charges were made after that. Claiming otherwise is misleading and unfair. Despite this, I will refund you the full amount, not because I have to, but because I value integrity more than $8. I expect you to correct this false review, as it damages my app’s reputation for no valid reason. If you have any concerns, reach out directly instead of spreading misinformation

Very useful app. It makes up for what Shopify lacks when it comes to adding a buy button on the search result page. The app team is also very helpful and efficient.

This app is perfect for any fast fashion online boutique owners with a fast paced cliental like myself. You guys can see how beautifully it displays on our online boutique store at - https://www.yonicque.com Their team is very professional, kind, very hardworking, and very responsive. They are professional and treated me as if I was the total prize and adhered to all of my 200,000 requests with the highest priority even in the midst of our time differences. I would highly recommend this app!

It’s surprising to receive a 1-star rating for something that’s out of our control. Our app is fully compatible with all popular themes, and we even offer customization to support unique themes like Palo Alto. However, your theme support team hasn’t responded to our requests to resolve the issue. If we’re not given the chance to fix it, we don’t think it’s fair to blame us. When we found out our theme didn't have the option to add an "Add to Cart" button a product catalog page we were bummed, but then found Carty. It was quick and easy to add the button, but we wanted it a little narrower. We reached out to the customer support team and they got back to us quickly with a little code snippet which worked perfectly. Highly suggest the app as the team behind it really cares about us sellers as well!

It is very convenient to use, but I found that after adding it to the shopping cart, I found that it was not the attribute I added.

We've just replaced a paid for app with Carty and it works as well if not better!! had one small request as I wanted to remove the button from specific products and this was sorted almost immediately.
