Really useful for managing large numbers of collections export to CSV, edit, then import back. Support was helpful when I hit a snag. worth trying for stores with lots of collections.

I used this app to set up my initial online store, and it had thousands of products. This app saved so much time uploading and assigning images, and it gave me peace of mind to play around with different set-ups. The support is very responsive and helpful. Wir konnten über 500 Collections damit importieren. Anfangs war es etwas schwierig, weil wir keine Dokumentation hatten und ein Mapping fehlte. Somit haben wir lange mitten in der Nacht mit dem Support versucht den Import hinzubekommen. Ab Ende lag es an einer fehlerhaft benannten Spalte! Es war spät! Aber um 1:30 Uhr MEZ war der Support erreichbar! Das nenne ich TOP!

WE have paid 24.99 for this app few weeks back. we were able to work with it only 1 day and since then it reverted back to " You are in trial". its been few days we are contacting the developers but no one answers. We will have to request our money back.

Our company attempted to import 216 collections using "AP: Collection Import/Export". Although the import seemed to proceed without errors, only one collection remained in the end. The disappearance of the other collections is a major mystery to us. Moreover, we sent multiple emails to various email addresses of their customer service, but received no response whatsoever. This combination of technical issues and a lack of customer support makes this service highly unreliable in our view, leading us to not recommend it.

Great solid app backed up with top customer service. Confuses me why Shopify doesnt allow export of Collections? I have many products, merging from another ECOM site.
Has a bit of a learning curve, and the only way to really learn is to ask the chat. Maybe a website with a guide or something would be nice. Other than that, it works!

Downloaded the app to create a bunch of collections. I uploaded an import file and it is stuck for many hours. I can not cancel the job and no one in support is answering. Time to find a different app.

Great app that makes it eaiser for me to move the collection setup from one store to another. Pleased with the functionality.
App seems to be meeting our needs. Rob from support was very helpful and went above and beyond to advise me on an issue that wasn't even being caused by the app.
Great app and great support - saves having to do this process manually which is not feasible when you have 1000s of collections
I had a few little issues uploading as I have hundreds of collections - but the app support were great and helped me get things sorted quickly This app is going to be a big help !!
