Complaint Guru

We've recently implemented Complaint Guru at Shomi, and it has significantly improved the way we manage customer complaints. The platform provides a centralized system for complaint registration, tracking, and resolution, making it much easier to monitor cases across different departments. It looked promising up front but its very limited and not designed well. You can't edit the appearance of anything so it wont fit your style of website. Its also clunky, simple things like it asks for Order Number OR email, but if you put your email, it requires order number. I uninstalled after the free trial period unfortunately. I was really hoping this would be my solution for tracking open customer complaints
