after having installed the app my view count was not anymore accurate with a drop of 70% and also sells dropped 80% in one day. after deleting the app still I cannot fix this issue
Hello, I'm sorry that you've experienced such a huge drop in views and sales. Even though this is possible, for example due to an incorrect implementation of Google Consent Mode v2 (visits) and perhaps a incompatibility between our app and your checkout/payment/similar provider, it does strike me as very odd that the issue remains after uninstalling our app. Usually that would mean that something else has been causing such issues.
