Ich habe die App schon seit 2023 im Einsatz und seit dem drei mal den Support gebraucht. Jedes Mal war der Support super. Danke hierfür.

Ich hatte ein Problem mit der App (das Cookie Banner wurde auf jeder Seite erneut angezeigt), aber der Support hat mir zügig geantwortet und mir direkt angeboten mit Zugang zu meinem Shop das Problem im Backend zu lösen - gesagt, getan, verlief reibungslos und jetzt klappt das Cookie Banner einwandfrei! Danke Sahar :)

Der Support ist leider viel zu langsam, obwohl Cookies so wichtig sind für den Onlineshop. Das können andere Apps viel besser. Ich warte jetzt 7 Tage auf eine Antwort, da ich keinen benutzerdefinierten Text hinzufügen kann, bitte helft mir.
