Support from Veronika - she works for that Cookie-Consent-Tool - is the worst I have ever experienced. I wanted tiny changes in the function of the consent-tool, that most other consent tools offers automatically. We had a few weeks email-contact and it didnt help. Even a developer helped me, but a last change even he couldnt do. Veronika just repeated what she was texting in the emails and recommended that i should ask an external developer. I will just find another Cookie-Consent-Tool, that and the support behind, cant recommend at all.
Hello, Thank you for your message. I'm sorry to hear that your experience with our product and support was not as you desired. As we've communicated per email, what you aimed to achieve within our app might be possible with some Custom CSS (for which you might need to have some web developer expertise) but its not something that we can help you with within our product right now unfortunately. We've forwarded your feedback internally in order to investigate whether we are able to increase the amount of features our app has in the near future of course.
