We tested another calling platform before Consio.ai, but it didn’t come close on speed or ease of use for outbound calling. Now that Consio also includes inbound calling and SMS, it feels like a complete solution. I’d recommend it to anyone looking to scale, and their support has been excellent.

Great experience with Consio. Setup was quick and easy and the team’s communication has been excellent throughout. The abandonment calls deliver strong revenue recovery and easily pay for themselves, and the AI agent is by far the best I’ve come across so far. On top of that the team is friendly, responsive, knowledgeable and ships new features at an impressive pace.

Consio has built a fantastic outbound sales system for shopify. Day 1 we had their phone platform patched into Shopify, Gorgias, and Klaviyo with one of their sourced sales agents. We started seeing sales come in on Day 2 with very clear attribution. High recommend. You are leaving money on the table as a shopify store if you are not using Consio.

Consio works amazingly well. Their team got us up and running with inbound texting support and outbound calling for abandoned carts. We routinely recover multiple sales weekly that help us learn about what customers are experiencing through their buying process. It has allowed us to create better messaging and proactively support our customers. 5 stars
