Great experience with Consio. Setup was quick and easy and the team’s communication has been excellent throughout. The abandonment calls deliver strong revenue recovery and easily pay for themselves, and the AI agent is by far the best I’ve come across so far. On top of that the team is friendly, responsive, knowledgeable and ships new features at an impressive pace.

Consio has built a fantastic outbound sales system for shopify. Day 1 we had their phone platform patched into Shopify, Gorgias, and Klaviyo with one of their sourced sales agents. We started seeing sales come in on Day 2 with very clear attribution. High recommend. You are leaving money on the table as a shopify store if you are not using Consio.

Consio works amazingly well. Their team got us up and running with inbound texting support and outbound calling for abandoned carts. We routinely recover multiple sales weekly that help us learn about what customers are experiencing through their buying process. It has allowed us to create better messaging and proactively support our customers. 5 stars

It's rare to work with a team that's genuinely invested in your success. The team at Consio has been absolutely consistent, every single day, ensuring goals are reached and customers are satisfied. Phil and the rest of the Consio team have been nothing short of incredible to work with and the additional revenue they drive for HK Army is just the cherry on top. For example, we have 800+ highly specialized products in our catalog. The Consio Team went above and beyond to learn about each and every product: what purpose they serve, what problems they solve, how they co-mingle in functionality...This isn't just simply regurgitating our product descriptions to customers, but moreso helping customers make better purchase decisions. This lead to higher AOV, less returns, more conversions...and a customer base confident in the choices they made and the money they spent. This is invaluable. This is something you do not find working with other platforms. High praise to the Consio team for what they've built and I look forward to what they create in the future.
