We use Consio to handle abandon carts, checkouts as well as to touch base with existing customers to make sure everything is going okay with their products. Consio has built a fantastic outbound sales system for shopify. Day 1 we had their phone platform patched into Shopify, Gorgias, and Klaviyo with one of their sourced sales agents.
