We have been looking for a calling platform like this for a long time, and Consio ticked all the boxes. The platform is straightforward, and the way the agents handle the calls is truly impressive. They are fast-acting and highly professional. The support team is very helpful, patiently resolved all our enquiries through every step. Highly recommended!

Consio has become one of our highest performing revenue channels, full stop. Our outbound team is converting abandoned carts at a level we never hit with email or SMS alone. We've driven over $100K in attributed revenue year to date at better than 10x ROAS, and we can see every dollar of it in the dashboard. That attribution layer is worth calling out on its own. The analytics are thorough and clean: every call, every campaign, every conversion tied back to real Shopify orders. No guessing, no stitching together data from three different tools. Our leadership team trusts the numbers because the numbers are right there. And then there's the Consio team itself. This isn't a vendor that waits for you to file a ticket. They're proactively bringing us strategic recommendations, identifying new segments to go after, and planning two quarters ahead alongside us. It genuinely feels like having a growth partner embedded in our business, not just another app in the stack. If you're running a Shopify store and phone isn't part of your revenue strategy yet, Consio is the reason to change that.

***trying to scam people, read their reply, you will get to know about them, they only said they can refund 30 dollar in chat even i have screen shot, they only agreed to do with indian number...... not replying in chat also.... Do not use this app. It feels like a complete scam. There is no proper trial period, and they ask you to pay for the subscription first. Only after payment do they inform you that the service is not even supported in many countries, including India. Their support team has very little knowledge and cannot provide proper assistance. I wasted 5 days going back and forth with them trying to make it work. Eventually, their own support team agreed that the app is not supported and said they would process a refund. However, I am still waiting for the refund. Extremely disappointing experience. I strongly recommend avoiding this app.
Hi, we told you from the first moment that our APP doesn't work with indian phone numbers, and you asked for a 1-800 toll-free number, which we provided you but after the fact you said that this number needed to be indian, which as we told you we couldn't do. Then you sent us a custom payment link to receive money from us outside of the shopify platform in some kind of extorsion. No thank you

We tested another calling platform before Consio.ai, but it didn’t come close on speed or ease of use for outbound calling. Now that Consio also includes inbound calling and SMS, it feels like a complete solution. I’d recommend it to anyone looking to scale, and their support has been excellent.
