Excellent support and great app! I’m very happy with both the app and the support from WebPanda. I needed the autoresponder for a custom contact form on my Shopify store, with several additional fields that had to be included in the automatic confirmation email to the customer. Initially, the app didn’t support all of these custom fields, but the WebPanda team responded incredibly quickly and actually made an adjustment to the app specifically to make it work with my form. They kept in touch throughout the process and helped until everything was working exactly as needed. The autoresponder now works perfectly, including all the custom form data. Great functionality, fast communication and truly outstanding customer service. Highly recommended!
