Ik miste in Shopify de 'upload file' functie en met deze app zou je dit kunnen oplossen. Helaas wordt je tussen Shopify en deze app een maand lang heen en weer geslingerd bij het Help center. Daarnaast kun je maar 1 taal weergeven voor het formulier en komen je berichten niet binnen in je email zoals bij het contact formulier van Shopify, maar moet je steeds de app checken en daarin beantwoorden met een aangepast verzendadres.

The 'Help' button contact form in the Admin Panel of the app does not send and the Contact Us page on your website is down. Is support still available for this app because I am having issues loading messages.
Hi, I'm so sorry for the late response. And thanks for your review, yes, it was the technical/server issue so you could not contact us. Now it's solved, you can click on the "Help" button to send the message and we will support you immediately when we get your message

This app works so I won't knock it for that, but it's very hard to get Google SMTP working with it. In fact I still wasn't able to get it working even after bypassing the security settings for Google. Additionally, the styling options are clunky and leave much to be desired. Wouldn't recommend this except for the fact that it's free.

This application is a must! The contact form and other options make it a great add on to any site. I had a few issues with emails not sending properly. I reached out to their support on the help tab and they fixed very quickly.

Great app, rich in function and very easy to use, suggest putting the "Save " button in every step so we don't lose our work when creating the form. Recommended~
