Abysm Internal review for T Lab ‑ AI Language Translate

I update this review after about one year using the app, to reconfirm the 5 stars. Although it still requires a little manual work, the app improved A LOT since I first installed it. Customer service is TOP notch, the Ai is ok for simple stuff, and when questions become more specific, the response of the live agents is speedy and efficient. The only rough spot continues to be reviews, while it seems to be working with Judge.me (I don't know anymore), I've switched to Okendo for many reasons, and it just doesn't seem to have automatic options for translating reviews or reviews from that app yet.. Still, I tried quite a few of the most popular translation apps before this one, and this one so far continues to balance price, quality and usability the best. I'm still staying :)
