We've recently used T Lab to expand our Shopify store into seven additional languages, covering a large catalogue and a considerable amount of website content. So far I've been very impressed. The translation process has been straightforward, the quality of the AI translations has generally been excellent, and the ability to use our own OpenAI API together with glossary controls gives us much more control over the process. What I particularly like is that T Lab provides the tools needed to manage translation properly rather than simply translating everything blindly. Being able to protect brand names and technical terms from translation has been especially useful while configuring a multilingual Shopify store with several third-party apps. There is inevitably some checking and configuration involved when translating a large and fairly complex Shopify website, and our journey is far from over, but overall T Lab has made something that could have been a huge project surprisingly manageable. Based on our experience so far, I'm very happy with T Lab and would certainly recommend it.

We had a tricky issue with our mobile language switcher affecting only the Spanish version of our store, and he correctly identified the cause and guided us to the solution.
