Fantastic translations and expert service. The development team really went above and beyond to help me with even some basic (well, basic for them and difficult for me) coding and meta tag issues I was having due to the translation. They gave me a super easy step by step fix with detailed images. They're quick to respond and haven't had any issues with the translations. Thank you!

Very bad experience. After installing T Lab, our Shopify store started having major language redirect issues. Visitors from different countries are redirected to their local homepage instead of staying on the correct page path. For example, an English visitor should land on the English version of the same page, but instead they are redirected to `/en`, the English homepage. The same happens with other languages. We checked Shopify Markets, languages, translations and automatic redirects. The issue started after installing this app, and changing the app’s language detection settings sometimes temporarily fixes the problem before it breaks again. We uninstalled the app, but the issue still persists, which suggests that some code or redirect logic may have been left in the theme. This is a serious problem for any international Shopify store. Very disappointing.

We are using the premium plan, and the app offers everything required to manage high-quality translations for an e-commerce site. Special mention to the support team, which is by far the best I’ve experienced on Shopify.

This is very good app, makes my life 1000 times easier with my multilingual shop. Without this app and AI translations I would finish my shop by the end of this year maybe.

This is an excellent plugin. The feature that appealed to me most is the ability to replace images, which has been incredibly helpful. The customer support team is also fantastic—they were very prompt and proactive in answering my questions.

Their in-person support is helpful and actually reads feedback. I had some issues with their AI bot which was in a learning phase, and they understood my comments and implemented improvements to it. We run an online store for customized products and have set up multiple local domains taking advantage of the features T-Lab is providing us with. This app offers more than any of the others we previously tested. All in all the product is good, and you can see changes and improvements to it over time. We're happy with it and recommend it.

My first impression is that they go above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly. Had some trouble setting up the app, and some unfortunate advice with the AI chatbot that could be improved upon. Fortunately support contacted me directly and have been extremely helpful with setting up the app. They're keen to make sure it works well and happy to hear constructive criticism.
