Their in-person support is helpful and actually reads feedback. I had some issues with their AI bot which was in a learning phase, and they understood my comments and implemented improvements to it. All in all the product is good, and you can see changes and improvements to it over time. We're happy with it.

Seems very hard to set up and use, crazy expensive if you need proper features. Why is auto translate not a default option for paying users? It's literally like 60 EUR a month! I tried to get through to support and just got a AI chatbot that had me going in circles. Waste of time and lack of features for the money, considering what it is. ---- Was contacted by their support after placing this review, who apologized about the experience with the chatbot and offered a fair solution. I did not end up going with this app however, since I still think the pricing is unjustified, considering its the same amount as our Shopify Plan. Updated from 1 star to 2.

SCAMMERS! this app will leave unwanted codes and java scripts on your page causing conflict in product pages, checkout, raising your INP levels, they have no form of contact no support email, STAY AWAY

A really good translation app. If you have any problems, they’re always there to help. Special thanks to Stoycho, who’s helped me every step of the way and answered all my questions. I’d 100% recommend this app.

This app is one of the best I have installed in the shop. Very fast and first-class support, in case of problems is helped immediately (I had a problem with the glossary at short notice). It was a great concession from Sherpas and the team. I didn't expect that, actually I would have to give 6+ stars, unfortunately it doesn't work.

I’m updating my review to 5 stars because the support team has been very helpful. They assured me that whenever I install the app again, they will personally assist me in resolving all the issues I faced earlier, especially regarding the Products name changes. I really appreciate their commitment to customer support and willingness to help. Looking forward to trying the app again with their guidance.

We've been with Weglot for a while and switching to T Lab has been one of the best decisions we've made. It's easy to setup, AI translations are amazing, and works great in combination with glossary rules. The support was very helpful, fast responses and very patient with all our questions. Our website is much faster now, which is ultimately better for SEO and UX. It's great that the emails are also translated.

Whilst the plugin took a while to get my head round, it's a vital plugin for more complex Shopify sites compared to the built in Shopify markets. But more importantly, the team spent over an hour helping me try and fix an out of stock issue, which Shopify told me was their problem, but it wasn't. It was with Shopify, and I spent weeks chasing the issue. Genuinely appreciate all the help from Stoycho - he couldn't have gone more out of his way to help! Thank you!
