We’ve had a serious issue with this translator app where the translated product URL handle and product title for one product shows up as a completely different product. This creates incorrect links, wrong page content, and confusion for customers. What’s worse is we had this exact issue before, and it’s happening again so it doesn’t feel reliable or safe to use on a live store. Because of the recurring product-mapping/translation mismatch, we do not recommend this app.

Thank you for your feedback - we take every report seriously, especially when it affects a live store! After investigating, we found the root cause: when duplicating a product in Shopify, the "Translations" option is checked by default. If the duplicated product's content is later changed, the copied translations can fall out of sync. To avoid this, uncheck "Translations" when duplicating a product in Shopify, and let TLab handle the translation of the new product fresh. Our team worked directly with the store, identified every affected product, and resolved the issue. As an extra precaution, we also enabled our Autopilot feature for the store - which automatically keeps translations in sync whenever products are updated, so situations like this are caught and corrected without any manual work.
