FreeInk review for T Lab ‑ AI Language Translate

Short review: Simply awesome, The best customer support ever. Long review: Let's start from my background, I was used to WordPress where I have to pay a yearly plan for WPML while this is entirely free to use. it has all the options you can imagine and I did not have any problem with the Debut theme. When I noticed the email templates wouldn't show up in the app I contacted the developers on Sunday and I got the answer the same day which resolved my issue. that was such a great surprise. It was pretty easy to translate the Email Templates with the AI auto translator (I'm translating from English to Italian) compared to other apps that require the use of liquid to localize them. The AI Auto-Translator is a very practical feature. the business model they are using is simply genius. One could just use this app for free and translate everything by himself, but there could be people like me who don't have time to translate everything manually. it doesn't even cost that much if you need some extra translation credits. In conclusion, I think there should be more apps like this in the Shopify App Store. I had a very good experience.
