The support is terrible. Does not answer in weeks. But has nice functions. No translate

We actually responded to your original message the same day, and followed up multiple times afterward, but unfortunately never heard back from you. We’re always happy to help and would never intentionally leave a merchant without support. We’re a small team, but we take support very seriously and continuously aim to provide a 5-star experience for every merchant using Content Vault. If something slipped through or emails didn’t come through on your end, I’d really like the chance to make it right. Regarding translations: multi-language support is actively being improved, and it’s something we know is important to many merchants.
