However, there is room for improvement in their AI features.

Hi Team, We have not been using the app since early November however, we got billed for it. We request you to provide us a refund in the current billing as we have not used the app at all.

In starting this app was good there was account manager to solve all the queries but now they have just normal support which replies in 3 to 4 days. There are lot of bugs which can give your business a huge loss so stay away from this app.

Horrendous Client Support. Good Product coupled with Absolutely Poor levels of service and support. Think twice before implementing because transition of any CRM takes lot of other efforts. Once you are IN, transition will be a pain anyways.

We've been using Contlo for over a year now and it has been a great marketing tool for us. Their customer support is very responsive whenever we have any issues and they have pretty good set of features in built so we dont have to juggle too many apps. This company is a waste of money. They have given a lot of hope to SMEs but be careful as they can lead you into legal issues. They cannot sync data back with Shopify. If you send emails to people who haven't opted in, they will target you, not the company. There are some very unskilled people in India who don't know how to develop software. They keep the data on their side, making it almost impossible to move away from them because they don't sync the data back to the user.
