Conversagent has been a fantastic addition to our store. It’s super intuitive to set up, and after a short learning curve, it quickly became an absolute game-changer. The bot answers customer questions with impressive accuracy — from product recommendations to order-related inquiries — and even when it doesn’t have the answer, it finds the right way to respond. It feels natural and human, handles multiple dialects and even WhatsApp-style mixed language with ease, and most importantly, it actually sells. We’ve seen a clear lift in conversions since launching it. The support team is equally amazing — responsive, proactive, and always there to guide you through setup and optimization. Highly recommended if you want an AI assistant that really delivers.

Miss leading information given to the customer on chat which has cost us money unfortunately. Awaiting a response from conversagent regarding the problems.

This app has been so helpful in alleviating some of our customer service requests. It provides accurate and helpful information and allows for most inquiries to be handled in a timely manner. The customer support team is very responsive and helpful as well.

It's a great app with responsive support. Our customers have found using the AI chat on our website helpful and informative. It has alleviated some of our staff's workload for basic questions such as stock availability and other commonly asked questions. It can pick out recommended accessories for customers and increase the cart size for orders.
