I am very impressed with the Conversagent app! After trying a few others, this is clearly the best choice for me. The AI technology employed by this app is the latest and spot-on! We have been testing this app for several weeks and have made it our effective chat assistant tool and are very happy with the results. Once you calibrate it properly and streamline your website information, the app can fluenty read through the information to understand complex customer questions and provide clear answers. The app also absorbs your catalogue info incredibly and product suggestions are very pertinent to the conversation, this is actually the most valuable feature of this app. The customer support is also amazing. For those who are new to Chat Gpt based chat bots this is the app to go as the configuration is incredibly simple yet you can make important customizations to better address your business needs. I would advise to take full advantage of the trial period and customer support to calibrate the app for your website, it will be worth it. They also made some cool improvements to the Knowledge base forms that we are about to test.

Fantastic app! It saves us lots of hours of work. You'll need to teach the bot but it's super easy and the tech support is super helpful! Forget the Shopify INBOX app! This is the one to get instead!

I have 100,000 products in my store, and my tags usually don't find all my products. This app is a useful tool for suggesting options to the customer. Interestingly, it can automatically read and summarize the product pages for the client. I'd like to have more time to continue testing it.
