Had the app on our store for a few days now, I have nothing but positive feedback to give so far. The app has reduced the amount of email enquiries and even assisted a handful of sales. I have no doubt we shall be proceeding with this app following our trial period.

Easy to implement and get support. Overall impressed with the Conversagent app! We have tried other Apps, but this is the best solution for us. It is a great asset for any e-commerce site interested in having a virtual agent.

I am very impressed with the Conversagent app! After trying a few others, this is clearly the best choice for me. The AI technology employed by this app is the latest and spot-on! It acts better than humans in terms of the unbelievable knowledge and command of the subjects it possesses! We have been testing this app for several weeks and have made it our effective chat assistant tool and are very happy with the results. Once you calibrate it properly and streamline your website information, the app can fluenty read through the information to understand complex customer questions and provide clear answers. The app also absorbs your catalogue info incredibly and product suggestions are very pertinent to the conversation, this is actually the most valuable feature of this app. The customer support is also amazing. For those who are new to Chat Gpt based chat bots this is the app to go as the configuration is incredibly simple yet you can make important customizations to better address your business needs. I would advise to take full advantage of the trial period and customer support to calibrate the app for your website, it will be worth it. They also made some cool improvements to the Knowledge base forms that we are about to test.

Fantastic app! It saves us lots of hours of work. You'll need to teach the bot but it's super easy and the tech support is super helpful! Forget the Shopify INBOX app! This is the one to get instead!

I have 100,000 products in my store, and my tags usually don't find all my products. This app is a useful tool for suggesting options to the customer. Interestingly, it can automatically read and summarize the product pages for the client. I'd like to have more time to continue testing it.

Very happy with the support. First the app didnt work with the products i sell but just 1 email sent and the problem was fixed. Very good chatbot recommended. Very good price as well.

This is a great Chatbot, it sources all the information on your website to help answer questions that your clients might have. It also provides links back to your own content on your site, great to support marketing efforts! Super easy to install, took about 30 seconds. Works well straight away!

Amazing piece of software. It's something that is very exciting for both me as a owner and also my customers. I've been amazed with the initial quality and how fast the chat bot learns. Set up was unbelievably easy absolutely flawless. This is something that I am excited about and can't wait to see what grows into. Have been very happy with the effect and amount of customer interaction with the app! I've been very happy with the level of customer interaction and it is popular amongst our customers!

This app was exactly the solution I was looking for to enable an engaging customer experience through our website. The ability to customise and train your virtual assistant while getting constant data on user engagement is invaluable. The team behind the app have been amazing from first contact through install and helping us mould our virtual assistant to suit our needs. It has definitely helped engagement and also a lot of fun to play with when customising!

We started using this app and have found it beneficial for helping customers with generic questions that would normally come through to customer care or we would not even know about. The service and support level is great, the team are always available to help and guide you, particularly as this was new to us. I am loving the app! In particular how it can learn - initially sweeping the website for information, more importantly you can review what customers ask and then build the knowledge base to better answer questions. Ability to adapt style and more. No complaints here

Really helpful app almost right from the download. We added some more rules and knowledge and really haven't had to worry about much since. It answers questions well, makes good product recommendations and we love that it can plug in on the product page where we want as well as being a bot in the bottom right corner on all the pages. It has definitely helped with our conversion rate.
