Great app to help with customer service online. It makes the customer's experience a lot more interactive and is really helpful answering customer questions immediately instead of them having to wait for a human response. The team have been super helpful and listen to feedback, always looking for ways to make the app better. Love it so far! Fully recommend for online stores.
