The support team for ConvertFlow has been extremely responsive and helpful any time we run into any questions or issues. Recently, a member of their support team, Santiago, helped us troubleshoot and remedy a segmenting issue on a site popup campaign. There are quite a few helpful (but sometimes hard to find) settings and specifications within the app, so it's always reassuring to know the team is there to help!

AMAZING APP!! So many features that you can practically do anything custom you wish to achieve. But more importantly is their customer service specifically Santiago! i have ran into so many niche issues that it was outside of anyones control (needed things to happen a certain way that was outside of the app control) and let me tell you Santiago truly a genius!! He thinks outside the box and not just sends you an article and tells you go figure it out. He thinks the issue through and truly understands it and comes up with a solution that makes it work. i am so thankful for him and all his help. i usually don't write reviews, but because of Santiago i know i had to to let everyone know that this app is worth it and having him on your side would be worth every penny. thank you!

Really good app. There's a bit of a learning curve, but the tech support is very responsive and available. I'm using it for quizzes and promotions. Has been generating signups and conversions with a positive ROI.

This is an excellent app. Highly recommended. We recently started using ConvertFlow for quizzes and surveys. It's an excellent tool to collect zero-party data and hear from your customers. We'd love to see more features, for example, choosing a date field from a calendar. Otherwise, you can build custom logic and it's extremely flexible. Helps a lot for advanced customer journeys. We'd also love to thank Yvonne from the support team. Her replies are quick, she's friendly, helpful, and always follows up. Absoultely stellar service, thank you once again!

Customer service rep Yvonne was phenomenal at supporting us with an issue on our pop up. Must say that the entire platform is exceptional and having tested 5 others before finding ConvertFlow for our quiz - I can say with certainty that this is the best option.

Convertflow knows what features entrepreneurs and brands need the most to scale marketing strategies. The new 3.0 workflow checks off all the boxes for building and understanding target markets. Highly recommend this app if your going to start guiding shoppers and provide the best possible long term value you can.

This is a great solution for growing brands that need that little extra to connect all the pieces. In its core you have the CDP which helps us connect the dots between Shopify, Klaviyo and custom campaigns like quizzes, surveys, etc. On the other hand, you have this front-end builder with some good landing page and popup templates to start from. There are a few downsides, which I believe to be temporary: 1) There are a few bugs and inconsistencies when you're building a complex IF-THEN-ELSE campaign 2) The front-end side could use some improvements (it's mostly drag and drop) but it's usable after you get used to it. However, the team is very reactive and I had their co-founder reached out and personally gathered all issues and suggestions, which they patched and added to the roadmap. Very cool! I believe Convertflow will be the next big thing in the development of Shopify ecosystem, mostly because of its CDP core.

With the upcoming changes in 3.0, it's definitely a 5 star. Prior to that, probably a 4 star. From a strategic perspective it made a serious revenue impact even with the UI/UX issues that make using some features frustrating. I addressed many with the team that they are intending to roll out in version 3.0 in March. I think this platform is on the way to being a truly top notch tool that could really be a hit. I've seen version 3.0 and it looks like a serious improvement in terms of usability. I think the bugs in 2.0 are pretty frustrating, but even with them, the platform has made a serious impact on the bottom line and deserves a lot of applause. I also don't see a comparable tool yet that has as many features, plugins, integrations, etc. The team is looking to deliver on a lot of levels, and I think are just now turning a big corner.

The platform has various useful features, including quizzes, upsells, product embeds, and sign-up forms, which I am using. The quiz builder enables personalized interactions while upselling prompts and product embeds seamlessly integrating with Shopify stores, optimizing conversions. The intuitive sign-up forms aid in lead generation and email list growth. One of ConvertFlow's standout qualities is its excellent customer support. The team is responsive and knowledgeable. I disagree with the other 1-star review on their support. Things may have changed. However, a stronger AI engine for product upsells could enhance the platform's effectiveness. While the current functionality is valuable, a more robust AI system could provide more accurate and personalized product recommendations based on customer behavior and preferences. Also, it would save a lot of time instead of creating multiple units. A post-purchase upsell option would also be nice to have. Overall, ConvertFlow offers an impressive array of tools at a competitive price, making it a worthwhile investment for Shopify merchants looking to elevate their marketing efforts and drive sales. I've been running the app for over two months.

ConvertFlow has been an invaluable tool for us. It's flexibility has allowed us to use it for way more than just a simple pop-up to collect emails and phone numbers. We've used it for surveys, review generation and even specific cart-based messaging that's unique to each user. With their HubSpot integration we've been able to easily segment users and target messaging. Whenever we've had an issue or question their support has quickly responded, and their development team has even made changes to fit our specific needs. Would definitely recommend ConvertFlow to any store that is in need of a great lead gen tool with excellent support!
