I spent half a day setting all this up and it doesn't work with an iphone. Sent 4 or 5 messages, emails, live chats no answer 4 days later. If you can't answer people back on your phone there's no point. Same goes for Conzia

Our agency collects more leads now we use the customer support widget of Conzia, the extra amount of leads we've gotten are the ones that were doubtfull and needed real-time customer support to ask the questions they had. Thanks! Customer support is also very helpful btw

We used the app for an e-commerce store, now it turned out it also works perfectly for our agency. Conzia makes it easier for us to connect with leads that have questions before they plan their strategy calls, this way we generate more leads.

I found I was not receiving the messages sent in my Inbox. After contacting the Conzia Help desk they worked on resolving my problems quickly and efficiently. The App is now working perfectly and the Help desk is going to do a Zoom call to run me through some of the finer details of the App. Very Happy with the service.

I installed this app today. I have to say it is amazing. I really like the sound notification for incoming chat and they also helped me a lot to insert the logo in the chat home window. Very nice app and I THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

I searched a lot of customer support apps and for me Conzia Live Chat solution is the best. Features like seeing your customers what they are typing, mobile apps, email notifications for messages, abilitity to set online and offline timings are very useful. I tried some different apps and this one it is definitely the best one for my company. Firstly the support is awesome, Zahid helped me with everything I wasn't sure how to do and went above and beyond. Also, comparing to other apps, this one has an integrated app for IOS where you can just download it and answer your clients through there, so you don't get to be dependent on using social media apps like Facebook and WhatsApp only. I really recommend it. Thank you

This is an awesome app that helps to integrate Fb messenger on your Shopify store to facilitate the visitors to have a live conversation with the store manager as well as they have a mobile app that makes it easy for the store managers to respond to the visitors anytime even when they are away from the laptop. Overall a great experience installing this app.

I was able to install the Live Chat widget on our Shopify stores with few clicks. I have talked to Conzia support team and gave feedback on some features and they promised to implement them, I am looking forward to increase our Shopify sales via Live Chat
