I really liked this app as there are no hidden costs, free version for an unlimited time and also the mobile apps are included in the free plan. Customer support is also good. I gave some suggestions to Zahid for some new features and design changes and hopefully they will be implemented soon. I recommend this app for increasing store conversions

It's a great app and it has free plan! I've been using it for my shop and for the moment, it works perfect. I haven't tested it yet with messages from other users but I think it will work fine.

Great app & great customer support. No hidden charges and very affordable pricing plans- so ideal for small sellers. We already made some sales from the conversations we had with our customers via Conzia Live Chat. Definitely recommended.

Zahid from Conzia support team help me to install the Live Chat on our store. I prefer to use the mobile app as I get push notifications for all the incoming messages from my customers. Good job guys and keep it up!

Conzia Live chat is must have widget for every Shopify store to increase sales. It is very easy for us to send to product links and pictures to customers via Conzia Live chat during the conversation. Online and offline timing/status can be set in free version as well. We really like that there is a free mobile app to get notified whenever there is a new message on live chat. We had some questions and Zahid from the customers support team was very quick to help. A great team and great product with no hidden costs!

Conzia live chat is a great tool when it comes to getting in contact with Customers in real-time. The integration of Live Chat is very easy takes few clicks to place the widget on the Shopify store. The mobile app is also included in the free version and it's very convenient to reply to customers from the mobile. In Summary, a great product with an unlimited free version.

More Sales with Cozia Live Chat. I have installed Coniza Live chat widget a few days ago and I am really happy to have more sales. It comes with a web and mobile app and it is very easy for me to quickly reply to my customers from the mobile app. All in all a great product with an unlimited free version. Highly recommended for Shopify sellers who are just starting out and looking to increase sales.

a great feature is that it comes with online and offline chat. We are able to get customer information even we are offline.

There is no better live chat app we found on app store. Conzia is easy to configure and you can change chat widget according to your color of your brad easily by selecting a color.

I downloaded this app, and what a treat it works! Free Package available for start up companies. I spoke with Zahid who helped me with my issue's I had and had them resolved 2 minutes after I asked the question. Would highly advise this App!

This is the best app experience I got for my store. This app is very professional and easy to install. It works very well for my store and it gives a very professional look. best app I use for messenger chatting. The customer support is very professional, friendly, and lightning-fast. I had some issue with my Facebook account and they contacted Facebook and resolved the issue for me. This is the best Facebook chat app I have used so far and please give it a try, you will like it.

I use this app as an additional element on my website to give quick support to customers and so far it works great. I am hoping that they come out with a ios / android app to make this app even better and easier to navigate on multiple devices. But for now it works great on my computer.

I have had the Conzia Live Chat app in my store for about a month or so now. It has worked well. Support has been phenomenal. Zahid has been super responsive, efficient, very professional and kind. It was fairly simple to set up but I did need some help and Zahid helped me resolve any issue I needed help with very quickly. The app looks great in my store and is easy for customers to use. Highly recommend.
