Usava o app há bastante tempo, mas sempre que havia algum problema demoravam dias para obter o retorno do atendimento. Recentemente meu app parou de funcionar e fiquei uma semana sem vendas porque meus clientes não conseguiam adicionar o frete. O atendimento demorou a me responder e não resolveram meu problema. Desisti do app... Quando o app quer funcionar ele é maravilhoso, mas saber que se houver qualquer problema com app, posso ficar dias sem respostas e depender disso para fazer minhas vendas é desgastante

Usei o app por anos, mas ultimamente tive alguns problemas que só percebi após reclamações dos meus clientes. Não tenho mais confiança no aplicativo. O suporte é lento e as respostas não são completas, apenas dão uma justificativa sem muito sentido e não se propõe a ajudar.
