Not complicated easy to set up. Tool to convey right information to customers. Flexibility and choice of information to send the best message.

Works great! Just what we needed to let our customer's know that our online shop is closed, but we are open online! Have not needed to use support, really easy app and first rate!!

This is a fantastic product and their support is over the top. I would like to see a few additions to the features but for the money, you can't beat them.

One more update: After some more troubleshooting, Marc was able to fix the bug that was causing issues in IE11, so I'm changing this review to 5 stars. Review updated to add: The Head of Engineering (Marc) reached out after a couple more emails and was able to duplicate the error I was experiencing. It turns out to be an issue with a Shopify script, not Dynamic Banner itself. Hopefully Shopify will fix the error, at which point I can change this to a 5-star review. I'm keeping the banner because it does exactly what it's supposed to do in modern browsers, and I'm just mentally prepared for complaints from users with older browsers. Previous review: I love the banner and that it's included if you already use Seguno email, but it doesn't work in Edge or IE on Windows 10. When I contacted support, the agent seemed to think it was good enough that they tested it in Chrome on a Mac because "it's basically the same code" and it worked there. They did not do any due diligence to fix the problem or replicate the environment in which I was experiencing the bug. Cool product, but immature development team!

I really like this app. Simple and functional. Although I would love to see the Free Shipping having more features. E.g. 1. Geolocation detection, and 2. two tier messages (for example: hitting 1st minimum order price, free economy shipping, hitting 2nd minimum order price, free express shipping). This 2 features will make this app a full blown suite. Keep up the good works guy! Love your awesome support as well. Will definitely continue to support!

Love this app. Prominent enough to capture attention without being an annoying popup that needs to be closed to continue browsing. Installed for free as we use Seguno email marketing. Definitely a fan of this company - didn't need support for installing Dynamic Banner Suite but have found them very responsive and helpful for the email marketing app.

The app works very well for my needs - using the banner to display available discounts as items are added to the cart. But, my experience with the customer service team was beyond what I expected. Cameron answered all of my emails within a few minutes. He helped me adjust the location of the banner so it wouldn't interfere with some of the clickable elements on my site. And, when I ran into a conflict between the banner and the currency converter, he took it upon himself to discuss it with the developers. They came up a solution that would resolve the conflict. It required some coding changes, but they had it implemented on my site within an hour. Now everything works perfectly!

Makes it really easy with many options and configurations to get various messages to customers as well as capture opportunities in a useful and non infringing way. Discounts, announcements etc. are easy to configure and launch quickly. Plus, Seguno support is outstanding.

The banner work perfect. I used it to great effect to attract email subscribers. It is equally great in placing emphasis on specific items/
