DiscountYard — Stack Discounts

I absolutely love this app so far, and the customer support I received from Reem! -- I think this app is really easy to use, and requires only a few minutes to set up. It worked with my theme perfectly without contacting support, HOWEVER, I wanted some modifications to get the 'Discounts' text box to appear in a custom location on my theme, so I reached out for support to see if it was even possible. For reference, I reached out to customer support around Noon in the USA. I mention this because a lot of the times I will reach out to customer support for other Apps in the middle of the night to get help during the developer's [oversea] business hours. Either way the timings work for me, but I know this is a deal breaker for some people who only work during their own business hours. -- I used the Chat feature to get in touch and got a response within a few minutes, and overall it took about 30 minutes to get everything placed exactly where and how I wanted it. I personally thought this was super quick service since I was asking for extra customization to my theme. I also loved that I didn't have to give special permissions in my user settings or have to go through extra little loop holes to get customer support as I have with other apps in the past. -- PROS: This app does exactly what it says, is easy to set up, and great customer service that is speedy. You can apply how many codes you want to work together, which codes shouldn't work together, and most importantly for me, it allows for codes that are auto-generated by other apps without having to type them all in. This is handy for loyalty reward coupon codes that customers may get. -- CONS: I think the trial period should be more than 3 days, to ensure there are no hiccups, allow for shop owner's customers to give some feedback on their experience using the features, or to allow for more customer support time during trial stages. I would prefer 2 weeks of a trial period. -- Thank you Reem for the excellent customer support, and I am excited for my customers to finally get to use multiple discount codes.

Awesome app with awesome support. I wrote the support via live chat, got replys instantly. The support team just customized the app perfectly for my theme how i wanted it (in less than 5 minutes). I can only recommend this app to everybody!

We were looking for an app that could give us the chance to offer free gifts to our clients, discounts combinations and stacked discounts, all from a coupon field directly in the cart, mainly because Shopify only give us the possibility of 1 single coupon code that can be applied just until the client has reached the checkout (which is not good at all). This is one of the reasons a lot of potential customers drop their purchase and stay just as "Cart Abandonment". Since I installed the app for a trial, the customer support from Mostafa has been amazing and has solved absolutely all of my questions and also helped me customize the app for some uses I needed to be shown into my website. I can say thank you for developing such and amazing app. But not just that, also they are constantly receiving suggestions from us (the merchants), to include into their next updates, and that way, keeping the app growing more and more, and giving new and better features. This is a priceless and a must have... THANK YOU.

This app removes one of the most annoying limitations in Shopify - it makes it possible to stack discounts, not only codes but also automatic discounts. I tried out apps that do something similar, but this one is the best. It is fast, looks good and simply works. Support is excellent. Mostafa anwered every question I had, integrated the app into my theme and fixed every single issue. Highly recommended app, worth every penny.

Great App; we used the app to combine Shopify discounts into 1 code and it works perfect. Very easy to use and customer support is excellent and very responsive. The app was set up and customized to our requirements within 30min.

This app does such a great job and helped solved the issue I was having of not being able to stack discounts and coupon codes.

This is a must-have! I used it - they installed it for me and added some custom script. It absolutely started helping conversions when combined with quantity discounts. love this app. And it's on the cart page, which is very nice. Highly recommend.

Allows you to use two+ discount codes on the same order. Would be preferred if Shopify just could do it natively, but this app works wonders. You can only use the discount codes within the cart discount line (not the checkout), but not going to knock down the app rating as it has to do with Shopify's system. I do also want to give a plug that the support is fantastic. Gets back within 15 mins or so (this is US normal business hours) and fixes any issue that is occurring.

Mustafa helped fine tune the cart. Excellent in that his response was immediate and he was able to integrate the app nicely

DiscountYard is just fantastic! I have used it now for 60 days, and I believe it is the best app available for discounting and stacking discounts. It solves so many problems that other apps can come close to addressing. Did I mention their superior support?!?! Clear and timely responses to all of my questions and I have had many. I am happy to give DiscountYard 5 stars+

Just recently installed the app so we can stack our discounts and the support was amazing - they got back to me within 5 minutes and Mostafa was able to make the required changes instantly and was very responsive. App looks great and integrates well.

I recently switched over from "C***er" discount app to this app. This app has significantly more useful features, greatly improved load speed on my checkout page, custom links with the discount embedded and the list goes on. Support also helped me transition from the previous app I was using and deployed the new one within minutes. Great product, reasonable price, lots of awesome features, highly responsive and knowlegable support. A must-have if you're looking to stack discounts. If you're thinking about switching from a competitor's app, do it right now. Seriously go do it right this second and thank me later.

5 stars? This application should be given 6 stars at least. The support on the app at least 7. This is the best app experience on Shopify as far as I'm concerned. The application works perfectly and when you do have some specific use-case or problem, then the support from this app is the best regarding speed, communication and solutions given.

We misunderstood the app's developer. It was the customer abusing the coupon rebate. The apps is safe to use

Good day everyone. I will go straight to the point, this is one of the best apps if you want to offer multiple discounts to your customers. The system works really easy and fast. There is a lot of functions that you can adjust to your ideas or specific customers offers. Integration is seamless with design matching abilities. Support is incredible, if there is a problem it will be fixed on the spot. Our company tried other solutions but when we found this one there is nothing better on this market. Shopify should learn from them. Btw, this system works amazing with CreditsYard - Store Credit system they did too, definitely offer both systems.

Exactly what i was searching for. you can create multiple discount code, even with automatic discounts. Which is absolutely awesome since shopify has not yet implemented that often asker for feature. Super fast support, implemented it in my theme after 5 Minutes. 5/5 Stars

You get what you pay for...outstanding. I have been trying to move my discount code to the cart for some time. Tried 2 or 3 apps that promised the same thing. They were more complicated... didnt support certain things...didnt work with my bulk buying app... the list goes on. This was installed at the click of a button within 30 seconds. Customised to suit our store in 30 seconds. and I wanted to 'tweak' something.... I went on live chat and the support simply did it for me within 2 minutes. I wasted hours of my life on other cheaper apps. so happy thank you
