We have used the Tevello app for a couple of months and we are very pleased with it. And the support from Or Moshe whenever we have a question, is absolutely great! This means a lot!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Tevello Courses & Communities, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. Having tried two other similar apps before, I can confidently say that Tevello stands out as the best in its class. The application itself is fantastic, user-friendly, and packed with valuable resources. What truly sets Tevello apart is its exceptional support team, particularly Mr. Or. He is always readily available and goes above and beyond to address any queries or concerns promptly. My overall experience with Tevello has been nothing short of outstanding, and I wholeheartedly recommend this app to anyone looking for a seamless and enriching learning experience.

Five stars are not enough. Tevello is a great app for courses, I have it on Shopify. I could easily install it and personalize it. I has very interesting features and courses are quickly created through a simple interface. But for sure the best of it is its customer service that not only answered immediately and gave quick solutions to all my issues, but also made directly some activities on my behalf in real time. I already tested it with clients who are very happy with the interface and the features.Seven stars!

Cumple con creces uno de los aspectos más importantes de una buena aplicación: El servicio al cliente. Lanzamos una preventa, par aun curso, el cual se vendio bastante bvien, y nuestro asesor contestaba a los pocos minutos todas las inquietudes que nos surgieron. Nos ayudo a configurarlo a nuestra manera. La app es sencilla y limpia, tanto para nosotros como para nuestros alumnos. Gracias por todo!

I love this course app. I recommend it if you’re looking to add courses to your Shopify store. Super simple and easy to create courses, add members, mentorship, etc. The customer service is great, no regrets at all! 10/10 recommend

I would like to express my highest appreciation for the customer support of this Shopify app. Two hours before New Year's Eve, at a time when most people are already in party mode, I had an urgent request. To my great surprise and relief, the support team responded to my enquiry immediately. The speed and efficiency with which they solved my problem was simply impressive. Not only was the support extremely fast, but I was also very impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. He not only solved the problem, but also gave me additional tips that helped me further. It is rare to experience such exceptional service these days and I am very grateful for that. just WOW!!! first the price is excellent, compared to other platforms that limits you in lessons etc. Tevello has better graphics, options for courses and profesional. the best of Tevello is the customer service!!! i had some issues with my store and Tevello, fixed it in 10 minutes, super friendly, profesional, A+++++ rating

Really nice app and friendly use.I improve my online sale of courses and visibility of them. Also amazing customer support when you need them right away. Great job and I would suggest everyone who think to grow with only courses.

Edit: 3 months later: I am still absolutely excited about the app. It works perfectly, the customers have easy access, new courses can be created easily. What I have to point out here: Customer Service EXCELLENCE! Really, Or is amazing in helping, answering questions, even amending the theme settings to my liking to change the view of the course cards in the customer accounts. He even explained automation settings in Shopify to me in a way that I understand. Brilliant. Give this app a go if you are looking for a course app for your Shopify store. It really is worth the money! ***** This app is great to integrate a course section into a Shopify store. I just finished moving all my courses and customers from another stand-alone learning platform and I am super impressed, how easy and quick the process was. The installation process of the app itself is straight forward. There are helpful videos supplied by the developer that are accessible from the app, in case immediate help is needed. When contacting the developer for some questions through the chat boot, Or was always extremely quick and helpful, all questions were answered in no time, and I was able to proceed with my tasks within the app. I can highly recommend this app. It has all the features that I used on the previous learning platform so for me this is the perfect app to have my courses and my shop website under one umbrella without constantly switching windows and login in to my admin areas. Great job. Thanks for this app!

Tevello is perfect for my needs. The setup is super intuitive, support is amazing! For me the selling point is that I love that my customers are going through their courses while still in my store! This app is a gamechanger for me.

Amazing app and the best and quickest support I have ever had! I had been looking through a bunch of apps and LMS services before I found Tevello. I actually thought the rating was so good I almost didn't believe it and looked further. Luckily I gave it a shot and I have not been disappointed! Tevello manages your courses directly on your page, making it easy for the customer to buy and see their courses right on your page. You will need another service to host your videos - I was recommended Wistia, Vimeo, Spotlightr or bunny.net. Tevello is very intuitive and if you find a problem or are confused - help is just one chat away. A solid and great app that I definitely recommend!

The customer service is shockingly unprofessional and not helpful. this is an actually response I got to a request for support. "That’s not what I told you.. I told you that you need to have access just any members would. And that the 2 options for a member to get access is either by getting access manually or by purchasing a product. P.S.S doing a test order on your own store so you know what you’re customers are experiencing is stupid at all and actually super important in my personal opinion.. you should hopefully use a 100% off discount code when you do that. But you do you.." As you can see, the instructions are not clear and the support is unprofessional. Maybe Or Moshe should hire proper customer support people who know how to both articulate their ideas and maintain a professional demeanor. Maybe Or Moshe is better suited not to work with the public.
TLDL: I’m committed to improving my communication skills but I can’t understand why someone would think it is stupid to place a test order on their own store 🤷♂️ Thank you for the feedback, Anming. I completely agree that my communication skills still need work and improvement. As a Non-Native English speaker, I’m committed to working on it and improving it every day. To put this into context: I was asked by Anming how she could interact with a community she created. I replied and answered that she would interact with it just like any other member would. And that there are 2 options for gaining access to a community: 1. By being given access manually. 2. By purchasing the product associated with the community. And this is the exact reply I got from her: "Are you telling me to purchase my own products ? -_- cuz that's stupid. Can you pretend that you are tech support and just tell me what to click on? I'm not going to buy my own products.” (direct quote) I then replied with step-by-step instructions on how to give a member access manually + a link to a video that shows how it's done. Plus, I also wrote that I didn’t tell her what to do but shared the 2 options she has. I further explained (although with some typos, which I’m sorry about and will do my best to word myself better in the future) that I don’t find it stupid at all to place a test order on your own store. I also recommended doing that with a 100% discount code to make sure you are not being charged for it but still can see how everything works from the customer's point of view. In my personal opinion, placing a test order is actually super smart as it allows you to make sure it all works as you’d like it to work and that the experience for the end customer is perfect. I then got the following reply from her: "So yeah, you did tell me to purchase my own products, and yeah that's fkn stupid.” (direct quote) So yes, I'm fully committed to improving my communication skills but I still can’t understand why someone would think it is a stupid idea to place a test order on their own store 🤷♂️ P.S. Later that day (which was Saturday night btw) I spent 3 hours live chatting and recording custom videos for this merchant when I was helping her solve issues with other apps that are not mine, nor do I have any relationship with.
