The support team is amazing! I usually get a reply in 5-10min., but today on Saturday I even got my reply right after 2min. I highly recommend. The support team DO read the messages, and they DO request only info that was really missing in my email. Short and very effective communication. And not only today! Cheers team, you are amazing! We experienced some problems with the Courses Plus app when we first turned it on and began offering our first course. I was able to work closely with the Architech dev team to resolve the issue within 24 hours (over a weekend, no less). They were prompt, friendly, and helpful, and so far we have had no other issues!

Courses Plus is the answer to my tech prayers! I have been looking for a way to sell information products along with e-commerce for over five years, and this app is everything I dreamed of and more. I no longer need to have a separate course platform and awkwardly try to connect it to my Shopify site through complicated funnels. Not only does this app work great-their support is fantastic. I am excited, if you have already created courses or products in the past, and also have already been sold, you can simply connect your products. You don't create a product in this app, but you simply add the courses category to your products. Then you go into the app and create your content. All past customers will automatically have access to your courses.

We have been using this for a couple of years and it has met our needs as hoped. Support has been very responsive and timely. Any issues or questions have been resolved as quickly as possible.
