I’ve wasted 7 hours with them. Whenever I ask if they can do this, they always say, “Yes, we can.” Then another team member joins without reading the previous messages. Theo said they can do whatever is needed and that it’s already done, but it’s not.

great app & great support. hoping for some more flexibility with the waitinglists in the future, but so far everything was resolved super quickly. highly recommended.
