Adding available time slots is way too hard. We do not do it often, and every time we try it, we need to reach out to the customer service. We already took notes, still, can not navigate to adding specific time slots on specific dates. This app is very very hard to use!!! I wish Shopify would have another option other than Cowlendar App to add to our webpage as appointment scheduling app. We have been using it for over a year and extremely unhappy with it.

I’ve wasted 7 hours with them. Whenever I ask if they can do this, they always say, “Yes, we can.” Then another team member joins without reading the previous messages. Theo said they can do whatever is needed and that it’s already done, but it’s not.

If I could rate ZERO stars I would. Months ago I changed my subscription down to the free one due to no longer using it. Come to find out I have been getting charged $40 a month for months. I instantly chat with staff and am told they don’t have any access to see when I changed. They put me in contact with the “developer”. Magically hours later I’m resubscribed for the highest package and told I’m going to be charged AGAIN in 2 days. I changed it back to the free package for it still to show pending ANOTHER charge from them in 2 days. This app is hard to use. That was my main reason for leaving. It does not link easily to your site and they just steal your money. Find another app. It’s not worth it.

Je dois avouer que je ne comprends pas très bien cette note de 1 étoile, surtout que vous utilisez toujours l’application sur votre boutique depuis un an. Si quelque chose ne fonctionne pas comme vous le souhaitez ou si vous avez une question, je suis toujours disponible via le live chat pour vous aider. N’hésitez vraiment pas à me contacter, je réponds généralement en quelques minutes. Nous restons des humains et un avis 1 étoile visible de tous sur internet peut faire beaucoup de tort à une société, en particulier quand la raison derrière cet avis n’est pas claire. C’est pour cela que je serais vraiment heureux que nous puissions en discuter et comprendre ce qui a motivé votre message. Et si l’application vous convient toujours mais que cet avis a été laissé dans un moment de frustration, je serais plus qu’heureux de vous accompagner pour clarifier les choses et, si vous le souhaitez, mettre à jour votre avis afin qu’il reflète votre réelle expérience. Peut être que vous aussi avez déjà fait face à des personnes qui ont laissé des mauvais avis sur votre marque sur internet, sur Google ou ailleurs. Si c’est le cas, vous savez à quel point cela fait mal au cœur et à quel point on souhaite simplement comprendre pourquoi quelqu’un laisse un avis aussi négatif sans explication. Net šiandien jūsų parduotuvėje matome dešimtis naujų rezervacijų kiekvieną dieną. Jei padarėme klaidą ar kažkas neveikė taip, kaip tikėjotės, labai norėčiau tai sužinoti. Esu pasirengęs net visiškai grąžinti jūsų Cowlendar planą, jei kažkuo jus nuvylėme, nes šiuo metu tikrai nesuprantu šio įvertinimo priežasties. I honestly have no clear idea why you left this rating, especially knowing that you have made more than 1000 bookings with our app over the past year. Even today we still see dozens of new bookings coming in from your store every single day. If we made a mistake or if something did not work the way you expected, I would really love to know. I am even willing to fully refund your Cowlendar plan if we did something wrong, because right now I genuinely do not understand the reason behind this review. Aweful to navigate - chat is quick response but don't seem to know how to ask the right questions to get your needs met. They just tell you yes we can do that without fully understanding what you want. After sharing multiple times what I was looking for, they wasted a TREMENDOUS amount of my time only to find out, oh no we cannot do this. I

After you left this review, we spent a lot of time together on the live chat (and through email) to understand every detail of your request. We even shipped new features inside the app that were never part of your original plan and that we never advertised. You did not pay for these features but we still built them for you, completely changing our roadmap and reorganizing our team just to match your needs as closely as possible (and i'm proud we were agile enough to make it possible). We also tried to reach you through every possible channel to make sure everything was clear and properly handled. At the end of the day, we are all humans. Getting a 1 star review for things which we went far beyond what was expected is honestly quite tough. We truly did everything we could to solve your issue and adapt the product around your expectations, with the best intentions. I've been trying for a few days to install the app (the paid version) and need to grant access, but the email always comes up blank, no link to grant access. Shopify support investigated and saw that it's an API issue on the app developers end. Frustrating and I missed several booking opportunities because of this.

This is the most ridiculous free plan for a booking app. The free plan allows multiple bookings for the same time slot and only paid versions enables a proper calendar function! This means you do not have a free plan! Please do not do misleading marketing and do not steal people's time!

You used the app for exactly 27 minutes and did not set up or test anything during that time. It is difficult to understand how someone can leave such a harsh review after using a product for less than half an hour when this same product took more than 15 000 hours of work to build. What you wrote is also simply false. The free plan does include a proper calendar function. So saying that the marketing is misleading is, in itself, misleading. With this level of bad faith and the very short usage time, it honestly feels like this review might be coming from a competitor rather than from a real user who actually tried the product. If you genuinely need help setting up anything, I am always available on the live chat.

If you had contacted us instead of reviewing us, we could have done the following things : - we would have helped to setup it differently so you don't actually need to limit the booking number per timeslot - we could have extended the trial duration so you're not impacted by the price until the moment you benefit from using us -we could have given you a coupon code Next time maybe give us a chance, we're simply human after all and we're just really trying our best to be fair and fit every service business on earth

Sexist & non stop harassment & insults FOR MONTHS!! Continually updates reply. MAJOR privacy violation with their repeated updated replies!! Do NOT download this app!! Developer has been harassing me NON STOP for months for writing a truthful review. Numerous emails asking me to give him 5 stars instead. I replied twice to leave me alone. He continued to repeatedly email me. 5 star reviews are fake! App does NOT work. Repeatedly told me to enable app in theme - it was - 10 minutes later - it's still NOT registered that app is in fact enabled. I logged out of Shopify repeatedly- logged back in - nothing. Uninstalled app and installed again - nothing. Customer service was useless - click enable - closed and it will show it's enabled - uhm - i just repeatedly told you it does NOT show that. Their repeatedly replies for months reply confirms blatant sexism, confirms harassment AND is a privacy violation. Furthermore, if this is how you reply - you just confirmed everything I wrote - I'm right - you're wrong. So for the 10th time - STOP HARASSING ME you lunatics. LEAVE ME ALONE! I wrote this months ago and you keep coming back to update and hurl more insults..
