If you are wanting an easy-to-integrate app for booking appointments to add onto your Shopify, I highly recommend Cowlendar! Not only was it straight forward and easy to understand but the owner is the only person involved and is on the other end of the chat anytime you have issues or need help integrating and setting this up on your website.
