I had a small issue that was self inflicted as I am not too tech saavy. I reached out to support and Mateo answered my message within 10 minutes. He fixed the issue right away and even went a bit further as to add some details in there that he could sense I was struggling with doing myself. He was quick, efficient and very friendly to work with. 5 stars fir customer service!
