Incredible, friendly, patient support, great if you run your own Shopify store and need technical help - this is really straight forward to use and very easy to customise with an intutive settings page. I had an issue and Mateo answered in less than 5 minutes and all fixed.. the FAQ section on their app is also very good and easy to follow - you don't have to be tech savvy to use it
