"All Features" in the free plan... apparently doesn't include all features, the file upload feature was not available. wasted time making a form for it to tell me I couldn't add an essential feature that I downloaded the app for.

Great App for forms on our website! We have been using it since switching to Shopify and it has worked well for us. Customer support has also been great and always helped us fix any issues we have. Highly recommend this App!

Perfect working app to build custom forms. Needed some custom work on the forms which was not standard this was implemented within days. Perfect help on what I needed. Thanks a lot.
