This app doesn't load any of our customer data. Without a customer, the app is essentially useless. Several emails to support got no response. I wouldn't recommend this app.

The app obvioudly has potential but doesn't work, it isn't pulling any of our customers through, there doesn't seem to be any way to upload the customers and the email address for support bounced, I have contacted the company directly but no answer

Hoping we get some feedback from the developers as we have some issues on our end and would like to see them resolved before i can properly rate this product. Please look for dbethel.....

I have sent several emails with no support response. This app only works half of the time, sometimes it will charge to customer others it will just spin and think about it until you finally close out and try again with same result. Might work for a customer 1 day then not the next. I have customers that are active in both Shopify and QBO but it will not pull them up in this app to charge to them. You have not reached out, I gave access to store for you to fix! You NEVER even logged into it to fix it!!!! I gave you a phone number to call and have never heard anything!!!

I am editing my review as the app developers did get in contact with me and have been trying to fix all our issues. I am hopeful we will be up and running with no issues very soon.
