As a B2B company, we wanted shopping carts to be saved for 90 days instead of 30 days. We submitted a request to Casper, and after 5 days we received confirmation that this had been implemented. Our customers, who sometimes take several days to complete an order, are very satisfied that they can now continue working on their order across different devices.
