Intrepid Safety review for WB: Multi Currency Converter
I have sent 2 support messages over the past few weeks about them displaying the incorrect country flag for Cyprus on the currency converter and have received no response nor changing of the flag. UPDATE TO RESPONSE: 12th of October 2025- I first emailed about the issue. After several week of no contact and no change to the flag, I sent another email. I have never received an email on my end from your team during this time (I frequently check my spam emails). 10th January 2026 - I left a review as I still had received no contact from your team, and the flag remained incorrect still, a whole 3 months after I initially made contact. This is not prompt issue resolution like you claim. 9th of February 2026 - Now you reply to my review, stating that the flag has been changed for 1 month now. So essentially, you changed it straight after I left my review about this issue, not in the 3 months prior to that since it was initially brought to your attention.
