We are a wholesale focused business who wanted to charge a retail fee on retail orders through the POS and this app works perfectly. Had an issue where the fee stopped working one day and the customer service team was able to resolve for in about 5mins. Would def recommend this app for simple extra fee charges

So far this app is doing what we need in our POS system. This is the most affordable app too, so you don't have to hesitate to pull the trigger. I had an issue today while making some adjustments and testing and reached out to their support team to receive IMMEDIATE response and assistance. It ended up being an issue on Shopify POS's team side, not even the app itself, though they found out and relayed the info and instructions to me. Fantastic support, I can't thank this app's team enough. My company saved $350 by passing the credit card surcharge onto customers just this past weekend at a pop up event.
